About Us

We started BLUE TREE with a simple belief:
everyone deserves the freedom to go out.
As a family deeply involved in home care and daily caregiving,
we have seen how limited transportation options can make it difficult for elderly people and individuals with disabilities to leave their homes.

The driver himself has a family member who requires the highest level of nursing care in Japan (Care Level 5), and we have personally relied on care taxi services many times.

Through these experiences, we often heard voices such as:

“I gave up going out because of my disability.”
“I want to go out, but I have no way to get there.”

That is why we created BLUE TREE —
to provide a safe, reliable, and accessible way for people to travel.

A Yes, you can use the service while remaining in your wheelchair.
A Yes, an attendant or family member can ride with you.
A You can use it for various purposes such as shopping, travel, or medical visits.
A Yes, same-day reservations are available.
A Our fares are based on the government-approved metered rates listed in the official permit documents. Please see the fare table for details.
A Yes. Passengers with a Physical Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, or Mental Disability Welfare Certificate receive a 10% discount on the fare.
A Yes, we do. Our drivers hold the Tokyo Fire Department–certified “Patient Transport Staff Qualification.” We can assist with transportation that requires medical consideration, such as hospital visits, discharges, and transfers. While we are not an ambulance service, we monitor the passenger’s condition and provide initial assistance if their condition changes, prioritizing safety during transport.
A Yes. We accept welfare taxi vouchers issued by Minato City and Chuo City. Please let us know when making your reservation.

Through my own experience caring for a family member, I have come to understand how people sometimes give up on going out, as well as the worries and struggles faced by the families who support them.

We hope to be a service that ensures the desire to go out is not held back by anxiety or hesitation. With just a little support, going out can become more accessible and more positive.

We will continue to carefully support each person and help them rediscover the joy of going out.
